Meadowbrook Middle School

Phase 3 interior renovations of the existing campus are rapidly advancing as demolition nears completion and framing activities are underway.

The concrete slab at the new Administration Addition has been poured. Structural steel erection will soon follow. The Science Addition’s site has been prepared for upcoming concrete slab pour. Internal renovations continue with drywall hanging, painting and ceiling grid installation.

Foundation work for the new Administration Addition continues to advance, with piers, grade beams, and underground MEP now complete. Site preparation for the Science Addition remains ongoing. In the existing building, Phase 1 renovations have progressed to drywall installation and finishing.

Foundation work is advancing on the new Administration and Science Additions, with site preparations and structural work underway. Renovations in the existing building have begun, with interior improvements now in progress. 

Piers have been drilled and poured, with grade beam excavation underway at the Administration Addition site.  The Science Addition site subgrade excavation is in currently in progress.

The Additions are underway, with pad excavations currently in progress. Phase 1 renovation areas have been prepped and are ready to begin. Retaining wall construction is in progress, with excavation activities initiated & site work advancing.

Meadowbrook Middle School is now under construction and Northridge Construction Group had begun implementing site logistic plans, including installation of construction fencing and the onsite trailer. Site earthwork is anticipated to begin over winter break in preparation for foundation work associated with the New Additions.

Meadowbrook Middle School is anticipated to begin construction near the end of this year (Q1 of 2025). The conceptual photos shown depict the proposed New Addition buildings that include Performing and Visual Arts, Science Labs, and Weight Room.
