In 100% CD (Construction Document) Phase of Design

Key Information

The William Monnig Middle School project will receive major interior renovations throughout the campus to include a new secured front entry vestibule, corridor upgrades, media center, kitchen and cafeteria upgrades and weight room. The building additions will include Fine Arts (Band, Choir, Orchestra and Piano), a Media Center, Science Labs and Administration. Life cycle improvements including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP), fire sprinkler system, technology, security, interior finishes. The project will also include minor exterior and site improvements, including the removal of portables.

William Monnig Middle School: Exterior Conceptual Renderings

William Monnig Middle School is near the end of the design phase of the project, and on schedule to begin construction in Quarter 1 of 2025. Pictured are conceptual renderings of the middle school’s new exterior. The project will include major renovations throughout the campus, including a secured front entryway.

William Monnig Middle School: Progressing through the Construction Document Phase

The 50% Construction Documentation for this project is now in progress! Reeder/Summit (a joint venture) was selected as the contractor for William Monnig Middle School. A fully executed contract was approved on May 8, 2024.  Exterior conceptual drawings were provided by the architect, VLK. The project consists of major interior renovations throughout the campus and building additions to support Fine Arts activities.
