The new Early Childhood Center project at the Morningside Elementary School campus is a renovation of a currently unused separate building. This project includes interior demolition and renovations to include a secured entrance vestibule, life safety improvements such as adding a fire sprinkler and fire alarm system, and minor mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) replacements/upgrades. Exterior improvements will include a new vehicle entrance and parking area, covered walkways, landscaping and garden improvements, and providing a new playground.
PROCEDEO is the Owner’s Representative for the 2021 FWISD Bond that was approved by Fort Worth voters in November of 2021.
