J. Martin Jacquet Middle School

Phase 2A interior renovations are now complete, with upgraded spaces preparing for turnover following the Thanksgiving break. Work on the auditorium is also nearing completion. The Performing Arts addition continues to advance towards its final stages. Phase 3 classroom renovations are ongoing.

Phase 2B and 2C renovations, including the cafeteria, kitchen, media center, classrooms & collaboration rooms have been turned over to the district and are in-use.  Locker rooms improvements are on track for completion in November 2025.  Phase 2A renovations & new addition, Performing Arts areas are scheduled for December 2025 completion.

Phase 2B and 2C renovations are delivering key upgrades for students and staff, including cafeteria, kitchen, media center, classroom, and collaboration rooms. Locker rooms improvements are also on track for completion in early November 2025.

Phase 1 additions, including the new 2-story classroom building, administrative offices, and science labs, were completed in early August and opened for the first day of school.

New front and courtyard additions are on track for early August 2025 completion. Work includes classrooms, administrative offices, and specialized learning spaces. Kitchen and cafeteria renovations are underway, with demolition progressing in other areas.

Work continues on the new front entrance and 2-story courtyard additions, with glass installation and interior buildout in progress. Renovation efforts in the kitchen and cafeteria areas are ramping up.

The front and courtyard additions remain on track for completion in July 2025. The northwest front addition is beginning in late May, with completion scheduled for the fall 2025. Interior renovations are also starting this month.

Progress continues at Jacquet MS, with glass installed on the second floor and exterior façade work now underway. The front and courtyard additions remain on track for completion of July 2025.

Con-Real contractors continue to work on the courtyard and new addition. Anticipated completion for the courtyard and new front addition is July 2025.

The new front addition and courtyard addition are in progress at J. Martin Jacquet Middle School. Con-Real contractors are focused on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. The pre-cast walls for the the courtyard addition are scheduled to be completed the first week of February 2025.

Demolition in areas like the cafeteria windows and girls locker room storage area are also ongoing.
