In STB Phase of Design

Key Information

The program for the new replacement elementary school is a 750 student target capacity school serving grades PreK-5 plus a Early Childhood Center. The ECC unit shall have its own secured entry and a separate vehicular pickup and drop zone for parents. The campus will have three playgrounds (ECC unit, Ages 3-5, and Ages 6-12) with shade structures. Additional green space to be provided for a multi-purpose playfield. The new Eastern Hills ES will be approximately 113, 050 GSF and sit on the northeast corner of Weiler Blvd. and Meadowbrook Dr. The existing parking lot and buildings will be demolished to make room for this new state-of-the-art elementary campus.
