Scope of Work:
This project provides a newly constructed facility.
Program Initiatives Addressed:
The dual purpose Gym/Storm Shelter’s wall forming continues to advance. Concrete has been poured for the spread footings and structural steel is staged for next steps. The southwest driveway is graded and prepped for the upcoming concrete pour.
The detention tank and storm water system installation is in progress. The storm shelter formwork continues.
Below-grade wall forming and steel reinforcing are underway ahead of the upcoming concrete pour at the future Administration Office site.
Pier drilling is underway, creating a strong vertical foundation element to suppot the new structure and will advance to grade beam work next.
FWISD, PROCEDEO, and awarded General Contractor, Sedalco|Post L (JV), broke ground marking the beginning of this project; the Eastern Hills High School Highlander Band helped set the tone of this memorable occasion. Without delay, the crew began site preparation in advance of foundation work.
PROCEDEO is the Owner’s Representative for the 2021 FWISD Bond that was approved by Fort Worth voters in November of 2021.
