Key Information

The consolidation of W.P. McLean Middle School & McLean 6th Grade Center projects was approved by the Fort Worth ISD School District during the August 2024 Board of Education Meeting. The school is being programmed for 1200 students. The scope in general will include, but not limited to:

A new Addition Building, which will relocate the main entrance and administration spaces to the north side of campus on Dryden Road. A new gymnasium and performing arts area will be rebuilt to meet current FWISD design specifications. The new CTE classrooms, general classrooms, and science labs will also be designed to meet new TEA standards.
