Scope of Work:
This project includes a combination of new construction, building renovations, and site improvements.
Key Improvements:
Upgrades across campus continue this month, including progress on the gym roof and ongoing restroom improvements in the elementary building. Preparations are also underway for transitioning out of the current administration building with work planned during winter break.
Roofing is ongoing at Building 5, New RTUs are installed, and temporary thermostats are in place. Progress continues, plumbing upgrades are underway in Building 1, while security and network cabling upgrades are wrapping up in Buildings 3, 4, and 5. Geotechnical field work has been completed and structural repair recommendations are pending.
Interior upgrades are advancing across campus as fall begins. Building 1 is receiving new plumbing fixtures in restrooms, while Buildings 3, 4, and 5 have started installing upgraded security and communication systems.
Renovations wrapped up on schedule, including MEP upgrades and new HVAC system in Building 5. Site improvements across the campus were also completed, ready to welcome students back for the new school year.
Interior upgrades in middle school and cafeteria/library spaces are wrapping up. HVAC installation in Building 5 and miscellaneous site improvements are progressing ahead of the start of school.
PROCEDEO is the Owner’s Representative for the 2021 FWISD Bond that was approved by Fort Worth voters in November of 2021.
