The Jean McClung Middle School project is under construction. Planned improvements include exterior upgrades, a new secure entry, HVAC replacement, and interior renovations to support specialized programs such as science, CTE, fine arts, PE, and special education.
Main corridor finishes are also complete on the first floor. Additionally, classroom and corridor flooring replacement has begun on the second floor and chiller pad prep and piping is underway at the exterior.
Phase 1B1 and 1B2 are complete. CTE lab is complete, awaiting final inspection for occupancy. Paint and flooring is ongoing in the cafeteria and corridors. Phase 1A1 demo and flooring scheduled for the holiday break.
PROCEDEO is the Owner’s Representative for the 2021 FWISD Bond that was approved by Fort Worth voters in November of 2021.
