This project provides a newly constructed facility.
Program Initiatives Addressed:
Demolition of the exterior portables, outside gym, band hall, and science classrooms is complete. This progress has cleared the way for new construction. The first phase of earthwork is set to begin.
The McLean Middle School Consolidation project has begun construction and Waltz | PDQ (JV) has begun implementing site preparation plans including the installation of construction barricade fencing and tree protection fencing to enclose critical root zones. Fence and wind screens are in place around the construction site perimeter.
PROCEDEO is the Owner’s Representative for the 2021 FWISD Bond that was approved by Fort Worth voters in November of 2021.
