Scope of Work:
This project includes a combination of new construction, building renovations, and site improvements.
Key Improvements:
Phase 3 1st floor classroom demolition is complete. Renovations continue with framing and overhead HVAC equipment installation in progress.
Phase 3, Area E, 1st floor classroom renovations have begun and are scheduled to be complete by next summer. Site underground utilities relocation has begun and further revisions to the scope of work are planned.
Phase 2 classroom renovations on the second floor of the West Campus are now complete and turned over for use. Renovations for the next phase have begun on the first floor, while planning continues for the upcoming administrative addition.
Classroom improvements and floor renovations on the second floor, Area E, of the West Campus are underway and tracking on schedule to be complete in December.
Phase 2 classroom renovations on the second floor of the West Campus are in progress and scheduled for completion in December.
Phase 1 classrooms renovations are completed for the start of school in August. Phase 2 classroom renovations are underway and scheduled for completion in December.
Classroom renovations in Area F are on track for early August occupancy. Additional second-floor work is in progress and scheduled for completion in November. Sewer line replacement began in June as part of site utility upgrades.
Renovations in Phase 1 are well underway following May demolition, with progress visible in the second-floor classrooms. Phase 2 began in May, and CFA work kicked off in June.
Interior renovations to second-floor classrooms in Area F on the west campus are scheduled for completion in August 2025. The next phase, which includes updates to additional classrooms in Area E, will begin this summer and is expected to be completed by November.
FWISD, PROCEDEO, Reeder Construction, and Summit officially broke ground on a new connecting building at Rosemont Middle School. The project will unify the middle and elementary schools into one campus and include a new cafeteria, kitchen, and administration area.
PROCEDEO is the Owner’s Representative for the 2021 FWISD Bond that was approved by Fort Worth voters in November of 2021.
