Scope of Work:
This project includes a combination of new construction, building renovations, and site improvements.
Key Improvements:
Renovations in Phase 1 are well underway following May demolition, with progress visible in the second-floor classrooms. Phase 2 began in May, and CFA work kicked off in June.
Interior renovations to second-floor classrooms in Area F on the west campus are scheduled for completion in August 2025. The next phase, which includes updates to additional classrooms in Area E, will begin this summer and is expected to be completed by November.
FWISD, PROCEDEO, Reeder Construction, and Summit officially broke ground on a new connecting building at Rosemont Middle School. The project will unify the middle and elementary schools into one campus and include a new cafeteria, kitchen, and administration area.
The Huckabee and Procedeo team continues to work through the construction document phase of design for the Rosemont Middle School project. The general contractor, Reeder / Summit (a joint venture) anticipates starting construction in Q4 of 2024.
Pictured are conceptual renderings of the school’s exterior, where a proposed additional building will connect the two existing structures- creating one campus.
As the Rosemont Middle School project progresses into the construction document phase, updated conceptual renderings of the interior and exterior are now available to review.
